OUR SERVICES
By submitting an order, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Please carefully review all package details, timelines, and service features before making a purchase, as these may vary by project.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns for completed orders, as services are custom-made. However, we offer a revision process to address any issues related to editing, proofreading, or unmet requirements.
If your order does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will conduct a thorough review and provide revisions or recreate the content at no additional cost to ensure quality standards are met.
REVISION POLICY
Each service package includes a specific number of revisions as described on our website.
Revisions are accepted within 5 to 10 days after delivery and are initiated once the project status is marked “Waiting for Customer Approval.”
Revision requests must be submitted via email to your assigned project manager.
Content changes made prior to publishing become the client’s intellectual property.
REFUND POLICY
We evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis and always strive to reach a fair resolution with our clients.
Refunds may be approved in the following situations:
1. Change of Mind
Before Project Initiation: Full refund if work has not begun.
Within 1 Hour of Order: Full refund available.
After Progress Has Been Made: Partial refund (up to 5%) may be issued to fairly compensate team efforts.
2. Incompetent Delivery
If the final product fails to meet documented project requirements:
Unlimited revisions are available to meet expectations.
If quality still falls short, a partial refund may be granted upon mutual agreement.
Reserved free pages or future service credits of equivalent value may also be offered.
3. Late Delivery
If the delay is proven to be the fault of Authors Byline Publishing, a refund will be issued accordingly.
REFUND TIME FRAME
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of first delivery, provided no revisions were used. Beyond this period, no refund claims will be accepted.
NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Minor technical issues (e.g., grammar, formatting, references) that are rectifiable through revisions.
Client-side delays in communication or approval.
Low word count complaints (if within agreed scope).
Refund requests made after revision rounds or post-approval.
SERVICE MODIFICATIONS & PRICING
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice, including changes to pricing, features, or packages.
